Within the setting, each county, region, village, town, city, country, etc. has its own strict and complex legal code that consists of a series of regulations, official decrees, and treatises that are nigh incomprehensible for anyone but the regions barristers.

Citizens. Generally, experience no issues with entering towns, unless stated otherwise.

Non-citizens. Have no rights but are subject to its laws and include most monstrous or semi-monstrous races.

Despised. These races should take care when entering civilized areas, unless a proper disguise has been used, or else be attacked on sight.

Not all countiesā regions, villages, towns, cities, countries, etc. have these same laws or punishments for the breaking of said laws. All fines and punishments regardĀing crimes against an official, a foreign diplomat, or member of the ruling council/lord are tripled.
